Update and Jace happenings

I started our countdown today. Ben will be home in one month for his 2 week stay and baby will arrive two days after that. I am so excited! I am ready to not be pregnant anymore, but I am also trying to enjoy these last few weeks because it *might* be the last time I am ever pregnant. I have been feeling okay. I just get more tired and achy as the days pass. A trip to Wal-mart can do me in for a few days. I start weekly appointments next week. My weight, blood pressure, and measurements have all been on target so far. So hopefully these last couple of weeks will be fast and uneventful.

Jace asks me almost daily if the baby has come out of my tummy yet. He also has a wonderful nickname for his baby brother, Rufus. It is something him and my mother came up with. We still don't have a real name for the baby yet. It is looking like that won't happen until he is born.

Jace had his sibling class today. They watched a video and showed them a baby doll that had a cord and placenta attached. Then they showed them a birthing room. He wasn't very interested in any of it. When we got home tonight he decided to play house. Here is a picture of his "babies" (the trucks) in the cradle sleeping. He gave them a stuffed animal and some toys.

Then he wanted to "teach" his monster truck how to use his laptop.

The boy has a very fun imagination!

We also had a wonderful visit with GG this week. This is his great-grandmother.
