Bunny time

I did a little photoshoot with Sean at Easter. You might recognize the outfit. I took Jace's pictures in it when he was 5 months and he won a photo contest. Sean is 14 weeks here.

Long overdue update

Sorry for not getting any updates posted sooner. It has been a crazy last month. Ben came home for his second visit on 4/24/08. During his short 12 day visit we made a trip to Ohio to check out our next "home". And then just spending a lot of time as a family and bonding with Sean. It was great.

I have been looking for a house for us to rent for the past couple of weeks. I went back to Ohio to look at a few homes. I'm not sure if our search is over yet or not. I hope we find something we love and that works for us by August.

Speaking of houses...we finally sold ours! We closed on 4/11/08 and couldn't be happier. Well we could be cause we had to pay money at closing. But at least we sold the home and don't have that burden on our shoulders any more. I will miss that house though.

Sean is now 4.5 months old. I can't believe how fast he is growing. He is so cute and very nosey. Much like his brother. He goes crazy in his Jumperoo, and loves when his brother sings a silly song and dances. He is still not sleeping through the night. Although he did tease me by doing it twice last week. Overall he is a very happy baby who doesn't make life too hard on Mommy.

Jace is growing fast on me too. He learned to ride his bike with training wheels while Ben was home. I had tried to teach him before, but I knew Daddy would get the job done. And with the weather turning nice, he is outside almost every day riding it or driving his Corvette. He is ready to move to Ohio and have Daddy home again.

Our family also grew by four feet. A puppy adopted us. She was dumped on our street and after a week of wondering the neighborhood, we put her in the backyard. Well we instantly fell for her adorable face. She really is a good dog. We are unsure of her breed, there are a couple of possibilities. We named her Jypsy because she traveled around for a while. And we spelled it with a J because that is Jace's favorite letter of course. She is approx 10 weeks old and getting bigger each day. The Vet estimates she will be around 40-50 pounds. I hope she stays on the small side though. She has to stay outside with my parents dogs, but she does spend a lot of time on the screened porch and in the front yard playing with me and Jace.

Sean is making his first RV trip out of the womb this week. We are traveling to Missouri to pick up my Grandma. She will come back to KY for a few weeks so she can enjoy her great-grandchildren. So wish us luck traveling 9 hours with both kids!

We got shook up by the recent Earthquake. Talk about being surprised. That was the last thing I was expecting to be woken up by. We have since experienced 3 of the many aftershocks. I think that is all the updates on us. As for me, I just keep busy with the boys and helping around the house. So nothing exciting there. I hope to get back to my regular updates every 2 weeks.

I hope everyone is doing well and is ready to enjoy this nice Spring weather! Now for lots of pictures :)
