Update: 6 weeks old

Gosh, has it been six weeks already? Some days it feels shorter, and some days it seems a lot longer! There isn't too much to update on. Our days still consist of sleeping, eating, and pooping. Our most exciting moment came Monday when I finally caught his first smiles on camera. It is such a wonderful feeling when they start smiling.

At 4 weeks I had Sean weighed and measured at the hospital. He went from 7.6 lbs to 9.1 lbs. And grew from 18.5" to 20.5". I did an informal weight check at 6 weeks by weighing myself, and then weighing myself while holding him. By those calculations, he is now about 10.5 lbs.

Rub-a-dub-dub, Sean in a tub

Just some pictures from our latest bath. Sean loves his bath and I love his tub. I highly recommend this tub by 4Moms.

Web Nursery

I finally received information on Sean's hospital photo. You can visit this link http://www.our365.com/webnursery/webnursery/Baby/BabyPage.aspx?birthid=0&babyid=0 to view his photo and leave a message. Like Jace's page, I will print the messages for his baby book. They took 15 photos but the hospital only sent one to be used :(

Sleep like a baby

One of my favorite things about Sean is all the little noises he makes. He has been a "squeaker" sine he was born. But sometimes when he sleeps he makes a little moaning sound that I find adorable. Well except at midnight when I'm ready for some sleep!

I took this video so you could understand what I am talking about. There really is only sound since it was midnight and I was trying to sleep so the room was dark.

And so you can see all his cuteness while he sleeps (3 weeks old):
